Week 8n EOC Creative Content

For my creative content I am going to set up a photoshoot at the pool area at the green valley ranch or another casino. I am going to try to recreate the actual bottle I made in photoshop and have it as a prop in the shoot if not i will just layer it over the best shot and make it look like it should be in a magazine. I will have a description or the narrative i made for it over laping the shot. The second thing i might do would be a short video that is relatively similar to go with the photo.

Generation Y

The demographics of the Generation Y or “Millennium” generation are pretty accurate to my life. Technology was there threw out my life from video games and television to cellphones and computers. “All generations are comfortable with technology, but this is the generation that’s been formed by technology” Marketing:An introduction for education management ,pg. 77. I am also Frequently on many different social networking sites such as facebook, myyearbook or twitter.

Great Customer Service

My best customer service experience was when I went to In-N-Out with my family after we went to the movies. When we get out of the car and walk up to the doors an associate opens the door and greets us with “Hi how are you guys doing today”. Already we feel like we are appreciated for coming to eat there and put smiles on our faces. As we walk up to the counter to place our order the person at the counter is smiling and asks what we would like to order. While we were eating another associate comes up to our table and asks how our food was and we say it was really good and we start having a conversation with him. We laugh and talk for about 7 or 8 minutes then he gets back to work. When we finish eating and are about to get up the associate we were talking to comes and asks us if we would like him to take our trays for us and we say please. As we walk out he tells us to be safe and have a great night.
         This was an amazing experience for my family and I because not many fast food restaurants treat their customers with such kindness. I actually felt like I was apart of their family. They made me feel as though I paid not only for food but also for great service.  Ever since that day I love going to In-N-Out for lunch or even dinner. Thank you In-N-Out for an experience I will never forget.
